This first idea of a no-cook dish is a must in Bulgarian cuisine. Prepared with lots of love, Bulgarian yoghurt, garlic, cucumbers and dill, it’s the perfect choice to refresh you to the core! Here is the tarator recipe and its variations!
Chinese salad with cucumbers
TikTok has been booming lately with this Spicy Asian Cucumber Salad! And we totally understand the craze, it’s extremely tasty! You will need:
- Soya sauce
- Chopped garlic
- Green onions
- Jalapenos or chili
- Sesame seeds
- Sesame oil
- Brown sugar
- Salt to taste
- First, cut the cucumber as desired. You can even watch ways to cut a zucchini for inspiration.
- Sprinkle with salt and massage the cucumbers. Let sit for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
- In another bowl, combine the minced garlic, scallions, chiles or Jalapeños, sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and brown sugar. Mix them together.
- Finally, pour the mixture in another bowl over the cucumbers. Mix them gently and enjoy!

You will need:
- chia seeds (2-3 tablespoons)
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- fruit of your choice
Combine everything in a container and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before consuming. Enjoy!
Ricotta toast with blueberries
These wonderful ricotta sandwiches will make your head spin. Take a toast, spread the ricotta on it, and garnish with maple syrup or fruit.
