Unlike Nancy, which decreed a long pedestrian path in effect since Friday, Toul is advancing on tiptoe on the pedestrianization file. The actions are annual. The next one is scheduled for Saturday September 24 with a city center, certainly pedestrian in the afternoon, but also geared towards activities, entertainment… Here is what to remember.
What perimeter? The barrier to prevent road traffic will come into force at noon on Saturday, and will be removed at midnight. The pedestrian perimeter concerns the place des Trois-Evêchés, alias “la place Ronde”, and all the first sections of streets that border it, namely rue Jeanne-d’Arc until the intersection with rue de la Liberation , rue de la République to the intersection with the parking lot of the Republic, rue Chapuis to rue Carez, but also rue de Lattre-de-Tassigny, rue Carnot to place du Couarail and the first part of rue Gambetta to the intersection with rue de la Liberation.
